Festival is set for September 15-19, 2010
Temecula, Calif. (July 20, 2010) -- Get behind the scenes with film and music industry professionals as a volunteer at the 16th Annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival. Experience the magic of Hollywood as you work side by side with rising new artists, as well as established creators in the entertainment industry, and be a part of the success of Temecula’s world renowned and respected festival. Currently there are open volunteer positions for pre-festival publicity, pre-festival office assistants, A / V techs, projectionists (18 years old), theater presenters & ushers, ticket sales, ballot counters, volunteer check in assistants, information/hospitality suite assistants, drivers, venue set-up, box office/ticket sales & workshop assistant, special events set-up and MusicFest stage hands to name a few.
"This festival exposes the community to the unique opportunity of networking with film and music executives, emerging artists and Hollywood icons through volunteering,” said Jo Moulton, Festival Director. Volunteering is a great way to expand networks and meet industry professionals. It is an opportunity to gain invaluable arts-industry experience and also get a close-up view of how a major contemporary film and music festival works. We are flexible with shifts times and we can tailor volunteer activities to suit individuals’ requirements and interests. Use your talents, meet and connect with great people, build friendships , and most of all HAVE FUN!
Volunteer Orientation sessions are set for August 22nd, at 3PM, August 25th at 7PM and August 28th at 3PM. All orientation sessions will be held at 27485 Ynez Road, Tower Plaza Shopping Center. The 16th Annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival runs September 15-19, 2010 at the Movie Experience Theaters at Tower Plaza Center and is presented by Cinema Entertainment Alliance, a non-profit arts and education organization dedicated to celebrating world cinema and music.
