The Festival Marketplace will take place on
Saturday, September 17th, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you are interested in being a vendor, please sign and mail the
vendor application or
contact the Marketplace Coordinator, Judy Scott, at
(951) 326-4230 or fax (951) 926-6470.

Vendor Fee for hand crafted items is $125
and must be submitted with the application. Vendor Fee for commercial
items is $150. The deadline for application submittal is August 29,
2005.

Vendors must be set up no later than 8:00
a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005. Vendors are responsible to set up and
maintain a clean and presentable display. Vendor agrees to remove all
materials and leave the area litter-free at the end of the day.

Vendors will sell only the merchandise
listed on their application form. At no time shall the vendor display or
sell any item that, in the sole judgment of TVIFF, be deemed obscene,
hazardous or unlawful.

There will be no use of sound devices
without prior approval of TVIFF. Should sound devices be approved, they
will be maintained at conversational level to avoid interference with
neighboring exhibitors.

The Temecula Valley International Film &
Music Festival reserves the right to refuse applications due to
duplication, space availability, and/or appropriateness of vendor for
the event. In the event of refusal, associated fees will be fully
refunded. The Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival will
not be responsible for losses of any kind, whether by fire, theft,
vandalism or acts of God. Vendor does hereby release, forever discharge
and hold harmless the Temecula Valley Film & Music Festival and Cinema
Entertainment Alliance, its agents, staff and volunteers of and from any
liability and responsibility arising from any loss, damage or bodily
injury during or after the Festival.
The Temecula Valley International Film &
Music Festival will not be responsible for losses of any kind, whether
by fire, theft, vandalism or acts of God. Vendor does hereby release,
forever discharge and hold harmless the Temecula Valley Film & Music
Festival and Cinema Entertainment Alliance, its agents, staff and
volunteers of and from any liability and responsibility arising from any
loss, damage or bodily injury during or after the Festival.
